CBD Strata Managers was created to ‘bridge the gap’ between the Strata Manager and Strata lot owners to create an environment and service standard which is based on delivering a premium and executive service without compromise.
As a premium Strata Management office our core duty is to communicate with and report to the Council of Owners effectively. We also offer advice, where appropriate in relation to the Strata Titles Act 1985 to ensure that decisions made by the elected members on behalf of the Strata Company are made within the legal constraints of 'The Act'. Our vision is to be the leading provider of Professional Strata and Community Management services within Western Australia. As well as providing a highly effective and efficient management service, CBD Strata Managers are also specialists in developments, subdivisions and provides a Consultancy Service that assists strata lot owners in the management of their property, which is not currently part of our portfolio. |
